How to get an orgasm once and for all?

There is no simple recipe for reaching orgasm. Different approaches that would allow  women to orgasm  more often exist. The book  “the Orgasmic Frontier of Female Sexuality”, by journalist Sarah Barmak focuses on different aspects of sexual pleasure while giving women options to better redefine their sexuality.

In her essay, journalist Sarah Barmak reflects on female sexuality that allows women to free themselves from injunctions in order to explore their pleasure in all its complexity. Because it must be said, having an orgasm may seem like a goal to achieve, but it is not a requirement either.

The journalist therefore proposes to women to appropriate their sexuality in a very personal way, regardless of her choices and desires. She wants women to no longer be seen as frigid if they do not have orgasms through penetration or as abnormal if they are asexual..

Pleasure takes time

According to the sources cited in the book, more than 50% of women say they are dissatisfied with either a lack of desire or difficulties  in reaching orgasm.

What would promote better female sexual satisfaction? Give yourself time. Indeed, this is one of the leads that Anita Boeninger — an Oriental culture specialist and holistic health advisor — brings to the book. The latter suggests 45-minute preliminaries before penetration. Unfortunately, in Western society, which lives at full speed, sex also suffers. Women would shorten the stimulation time for a variety of reasons, including because they fear that their partner will lose his erection or because they have a thousand and one other things in mind that keep them away from pleasures.

stimulants that promise effortless orgasms that will really help, because they encourage the practice of sex at full speed. To get an orgasm, a woman can rather take her pleasure into her own hands without putting any demands on herself (enjoying longer, more often, etc.). Here are some suggested leads in the book:

  1. Give yourself time. Do not see sex as an activity that can be compressed.
  2. Set aside the rest to stay focused on the present moment. By relaxing and chasing stress, you get to be more attuned to your body, your needs and your emotions.
  3. Exploring her body and clitoris, an organ of female pleasure that is often poorly known.

Sexual pleasure involves the mind, body, emotions and psychology of women as much and it is up to each to discover and appropriate it in its own way. The book provides a promising frank exploration for all women.
